Nigerian Law School Results 2022-NLS Result Checker-Updated

Nigerian Law School Results 2022-This is to inform the public that Nigerian Law School (NLS) Bar Final examinations results is out today on 3rd July 2021. However, those concerned should check the results below using the result checker portal below this post.

The governing body, the council of legal education, CLE, has said that the 2020 bar final results will be released on this date.

The statement was made by the director-General of the Nigerian law school, prof. Isa Chiroma, SAN on the council meeting on Monday 28th June 2021.

During the meeting the council also stated that the call to Bar shall hold from Tuesday 27th to Thursday 29th July 2021 stating with the resit students.

The council also announced that the call to Bar ceremonies for the successful candidates will hold at the Eagle square Abuja and not the international conference center as many presume.

GENERAL PERFORMANCE:

  • Total number of students who participated in the examinations: 5,846
  • Total number of successful candidates: 4,633 (79.25%)
  • Total number of candidates with conditional pass: 218 (3.73%)
  • Total number of candidates who failed: 965 (16.51%)
  • Total number of candidates absent: 30 (0.51%)

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE:

  • 161 (2.75%) Candidates were graded in First Class.

OTHERS:

  • Candidates graded in Second Class Upper. 695 (11.89%)
  • Candidates graded in Second Class Lower 1,276 (21.83%)
  • Candidates in Pass: 2,501 (42.78%)

The above translates in percentage as follows

  • Pass – 79.25%
  • Conditional Pass – 3.73%
  • Fail – 16.51%

Successful candidates are also advised to go ahead with the payments of call to Bar fee at the designated bank and they clearance at Abuja law school, the headquarters of Nigerian law school.
