Federal University Ban Christian Fellowships From Sunday Service

In a circular, The University of Dustin-Ma, Kastina state has Banned Sunday Church Services for Christian Churches and Fellowships.

According to the circular released and signed by the Director of Security Services, CSP Abdu Salisu, Sundays will be Regarded as “GENERAL DAY”, while Church Services will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6 pm and 8 pm

The statement says Churches are asked to Adhere Strictly to the New Days of Church Services directive.

“SUBJECT: APPROVED TIMETABLE FOR CHURCH SERVICES ON THE CAMPUS”

“I am directed to write and remind you of the approval timetable for church service on the university campus. As you are aware church services are allowed on Tuesday and Thursday, from 1800hrs to 1900hrs. Sunday is on the other hand a general day. You are therefore requested to adhere strictly to the timing on the approved days”.

The circular is also copied to Some churches and the University community.

  1. This is a misleading reportage…. There is a clause which rather stated and means that, Sunday is a general day wherefore, services are not limited to hours or is not time based. You can decide on when to start your fellowship while in the other hand, other weekdays are regulated by time.

    Please, this should be taken down
