Dear comrade in struggle, it only takes time but it doesn’t takes the whole time, consistency and hardwork, the future is always a greener pastures.
Yes! The system may have failed, but you haven’t failed. There are potentials inside of you that needs transfiguration. Believe me, this is not the usual motivational talk out there to gear up your spirit and you begin to do the unusual.
The greatest Investment in life is self-investment. Though this investment is a long-term one, it has proven to be the best over time. Education will not teach you how to invest in yourself, but give you the fundamentals and rudiments to which the self-investment will pay off.
According to research, majority miss school and not education. We miss the pleasure and fun we had during school session and not the impact. While some miss their friends and feel they need to go back to school because of that, others feel they just need the certificate. Well, I will tell you this; the fact that you have a company waiting for you to succeed, or a high paying job waiting immediately after your convocation does not give you the leverage to ignore the fact that you need education and not school.
Education is not just about going to school/college to study. Education is everything that we learn in our daily life. The day you stop learning is the day you die.
Education is there to just incubate you and your breadth of thinking into your ideas and creativity. Education is not the only key to success, but, it is one of the important elements that could constitute in bringing success to one’s life.
Your life can mean alot positively without school but education. Education can take form anywhere, at anytime. Build up what you’re good at, have a coach/mentor, develop your skills and watch your growth.
It will amaze you to know that school doesn’t put food on the table but your ideas and creativity does. School doesn’t put food on your table but your Intellectual capacity does. Most high paying hustle doesn’t come from degrees but skills. Learn to capitalize on your skills, as your degree is just an added advantage, not the central of attraction.
You will meet people in life that do not have a college degree yet are very successful at what they do. You will also meet people in life that in fact have a certain college degree but in reality, their profession is completely different. And finally, you will definitely meet people in life that have a college degree but are pure failures. This is all due to your own drive and willingness.
Don’t get me wrong – I am not saying that you can be a doctor or a lawyer without a college degree. I am talking strictly about more light professions that don’t include a risk towards people’s lives. Those professions can be taught. And college is not always the only way of doing that.
Life without depending on “degree education” but, self-education. You have to educate yourself, you have to make mistakes and learn from them. That is the only way of becoming a professional at your skill.
I will conclude by saying that; your college degree(s) is the bedrock for developing your skill and not the avenue to become successful. In as much that you value school, desgree and certificate, also value your skills more.
